Burlingame, CA,  May 3, 2004 -- Computer Assisted Testing Service (CATS) is pleased to announce an agreement with CompUSA Inc, the nation's leading retailer and reseller of personal computer-related products and services. Many CompUSA locations have CompUSA Training Centers that provide high-stakes examinations in a professional, reliable, and secure environment. CATS will begin immediately to schedule the individual examinations for its current and future test sponsor candidates at CompUSA Training Center locations.

Commenting on the agreement, Tom Bowen, CATS General Manager and Chief Operating Officer states: "This dynamic combination will take Computer Assisted Testing Service to the next level in secure, high stakes testing.
