Easy and Efficient SilverCATSTM Program Features
The following is an overview of the SilverCATS system, for both CATS test
centers and for test sponsors who desire to build and maintain their own
computer-based testing network.

 Once
you have logged into the application server, you will be presented
with the main menu for the SilverCATSTM program.
Registration
 You
will be able to register applicants for their exams, including
input of personal, test, scheduling, and payment information.

The Test
 This
is the applicant testing screen. When an image is clicked, it opens in a larger view window. Questions can be bookmarked, to review at a later time, and
the screen even has an option to display a fully functional calculator.

Site Administration
 This
application allows you to add and change information about your
testing site, including, phone numbers, addresses, contact info,
etc. You will also enter users and site Credit Cards.

Seat Administration
 Allows
you to create and change your hours of operation, and the number
of testing stations you have during specific times of the day.
It also allows you to change hours for specific days such as holidays.
Please keep in mind that this information will be displayed in the
Site Schedule, and the CATS registration staff will be using
this information for scheduling purposes, it is very important to
put accurate information to minimize registration errors.

Site Schedule
This page is for reference only, no changes can be
made in this section. It displays information that has been
entered into the Seat Administration page, such as hours and days
available. This page is updated every time a registration
takes place to show the number of testing stations available at
any given time.

System User Administration
 The
Testing Center Supervisor (TCS) will be able to give specific proctors
authorization to different areas of the program. Some proctors
may have authorization to make changes in Seat Administration, while
the others are only limited to the registration program. This
will be left to the discretion of the TCS.
